Refund policy

At ANK Studio, we create personalized and custom-made products according to your requirements. Because each customized product is made specifically for the customer, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Customized / Personalized Products

Customized products are not eligible for return or refund in cases of:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect name, photo, text, design, spelling, or other customization details provided by the customer
• Customer no longer wanting the product
• Minor differences in color due to screen/display settings

Customers are responsible for checking their customization details and size before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Defective due to a manufacturing/printing issue
• Different from the product you ordered
• Missing an item from your order

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

You may be required to provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.

After reviewing the issue, ANK Studio may offer a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the situation.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and contact information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to receive the parcel, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the available payment method and may take some time to appear in your account depending on the payment provider.
