For standard products, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Customized products may require additional production time depending on the product and customization requirements.

Estimated production and delivery times may be displayed on the product page or communicated to you after placing your order.

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is generally:

3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation, depending on the selected delivery method.

Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct before placing your order.

ANK Studio is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

If a courier attempts delivery but the customer is unavailable or refuses to receive the parcel, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
